Castles Technology expands Smart Volution partnership to offer seamless support for Android EPOS deployments and services.
Merchants and resellers get one point of contact for hardware, payments and EPOS as the four-year partnership scales
London, 12 October 2026. Castles Technology, leader in Android payment acceptance solutions,today announced that it has expanded its partnership with Smart Volution Ltd to provide full helpdesk support for Smart Volution Register, Smart Volution’s Android-based EPOS software.
Merchants and resellers using the joint offering now have a single point of contact across the Castles payment terminal, payment application and Smart Volution Register. Castles’ helpdesk team has been fully trained on the software, helping to eliminate vendor hand-offs and speed up issue resolution as usage across Smart Volution’s partner network continues to grow.
The move builds on more than four years of collaboration between the two companies. Since the relationship began, Castles has provided technical support for the integration of Smart Volution Register with CastlePay, Castles’ payment platform.
Through CastlePay, Smart Volution partners can access multiple acquirers, giving them greater choice and flexibility when deploying integrated payment and EPOS solutions. An ever growing number of partners are deploying Castles terminals as part of their payment and EPOS operations.
The joint offering runs across Castles’ Android terminal range, including the S1F4, in both direct-on-device and semi-integrated configurations.
To simplify larger rollouts, Castles Technology and Smart Volution have also developed a batch-loading mechanism that automatically onboards merchants onto Register. This enables partners to configure and roll out at scale without setting up each merchant individually.
