Effective as of May 1st 2014 the UK GlobalBay business unit will no longer be owned by VeriFone  Ltd.  Global Bay Mobile Technologies Limited will return to being an independent company and will be trading as Smart Volution Limited.  This move will help both VeriFone and GlobalBay focus on their core markets and mission objectives.

For Smart Volution it will be very much business as usual and there will be no impact on the day to day running or support of our customers.  Smart Volution will be even more focussed on our customers business and we will have some exciting news in the coming weeks in terms of platform enhancements.
