Operations Manager Jon Lees explains how upgrading to the Register EPOS by Smart Volution and MEPOS by Unique Secure has transformed their daily operations in all areas of the waterpark.  Jon provides great insight in to how they better manager the retail areas with faster stock management and integrated payment, serve customers faster when issuing tickets and provide a greater level of service in the café and restaurants with table side ordering. Most importantly how they rely on our Web Portal to make real time business decisions to improve efficiency based and reallocated staff based on the weather.
